The 18mm pitch and 5.5° angle form a structured flow path for circulating water and air, supporting stable heat transfer inside the cooling tower. PVC, CPVC, and PP materials are available for different operating conditions.
For replacement applications, the fill can be manufactured according to existing dimensions, drawings, or project requirements. Customized length and thickness help achieve a better fit with the existing tower configuration.
