Our Cross Flow Cooling Tower Fill is designed for cross-flow cooling towers used in HVAC, industrial, chemical, and commercial cooling systems. It is suitable for both new tower installations and cooling tower fill replacement projects.
Standard widths include 960mm, 1060mm, 1160mm, 1260mm, and 1360mm. Length and thickness can also be customized according to tower dimensions and installation requirements, making it suitable for different replacement and retrofit projects.
The fill features a corrugated structure with a standard 16.5mm pitch and 5.5° angle to promote even water distribution and effective air-water contact. It is available in PVC, CPVC, and PP to suit different temperature and water-quality conditions.
For replacement projects, we can manufacture the fill according to existing dimensions, tower drawings, or project requirements. Customized length and thickness are available to help ensure a proper fit without unnecessary tower modification.
